This is an exclusive offer that Dr. Sims is offering to his previous and current patients. The program allows you to have your retainers replaced at any time for a small copayment: $25.00 per arch or $50.00 for a full set. (This would normally be $250.00 per arch and $500.00 for a full set.) Included with the program is a FREE 3D scan of your teeth to make future retainers from. This reduces office visits and impressions and allows us to make your retainers and mail them to you even if you live far away!
The program price is $1000 and never expires! The Lifetime Retainer Program fees are nonrefunable and nontransferrable. Turnaround time for delivery of replacement retainers is three to five business days; however, this may vary depending on the practice and patient availability.
